Talin spent the last 30 years in leadership roles driving organizational change and development for enterprise software companies in the aerospace, cloud infrastructure, robotics, healthcare, insurance, media and entertainment, legal, regulatory, and digital library and education software markets. Talin has a proven track record of enterprise value creation via customer and commercially driven roadmaps, operational efficiencies, building offshore centers of excellence, and high quality delivery of enterprise products. He has spent the past 20 years as a private equity operator as a CPO, CTO, and consultant in numerous private equity owned portfolio companies. Most recently he has been working at Hg Capital as their Portfolio CPO responsible for M&A diligence and value creation activities with HG’s portfolio companies.
