Our name is inspired by the Hindi word “Naav,” meaning boat, symbolizing our journey to create a leading provider of AI and Data Engineering solutions. Umesh Wason

Co-Founder & CEO

Umesh Wason, a co-founder of Nuaav, brings over two decades of invaluable experience in the IT industry to the forefront. Having traversed through diverse roles ranging from HR and Sales to spearheading portfolios, Umesh’s journey culminated in the establishment of Nuaav.

Driven by an unwavering commitment to empower clients, he is dedicated to facilitating their transition towards tomorrow’s digital businesses. With a solid engineering background underpinning his expertise, Umesh embodies a visionary approach to innovation and client-centric solutions at Nuaav.

Coming from an Army family, Umesh’s ethos of inclusivity and getting things done are deeply embedded in his nature. He holds an Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communication and an MBA from Symbiosis, Pune.
 

Ankit Agarwal

Chief Delivery Officer

Ankit Agarwal, co-founder of Hexaview, is a visionary entrepreneur with a stellar track record. He has successfully founded and scaled two companies, including the sale of one to a billion-dollar US fintech firm. A recognized thought leader in technology and finance, Ankit has authored and presented over a dozen professional papers, solidifying his reputation as a leading expert in these fields.
With extensive multicultural experience working with clients across Singapore, Europe, North America, Australia, and the GCC, Ankit serves as Hexaview’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), driving innovation and technical excellence. As a member of the Forbes Business Council and an Inc. 5000 entrepreneur, his contributions have earned him widespread recognition and respect in the industry.

Talin Bingham

Board of Director

Talin Bingham brings a wealth of experience to NuaaV, especially with his extensive background in product development and his expertise in private equity. His role in driving technology roadmaps and growth strategies, as well as his experience with operational efficiencies and building centers of excellence, will likely be invaluable in shaping the future of NuaaV’s consulting services in Product Engineering, Product Management, Data & AI engineering.
 
Talin spent the last 30 years in leadership roles driving organizational change and development for enterprise software companies in the aerospace, cloud infrastructure, robotics, healthcare, insurance, media and entertainment, legal, regulatory, and digital library and education software markets. Talin has a proven track record of enterprise value creation via customer and commercially driven roadmaps, operational efficiencies, building offshore centers of excellence, and high quality delivery of enterprise products. He has spent the past 20 years as a private equity operator as a CPO, CTO, and consultant in numerous private equity owned portfolio companies. Most recently he has been working at Hg Capital as their Portfolio CPO responsible for M&A diligence and value creation activities with HG’s portfolio companies.

Bhushan Fotedar

Advisory Board

Bhushan Fotedar is a seasoned Software industry executive from Silicon Valley with professional experience from Oracle, Hewlett-Packard, GlobalLogic and multiple successful Software Startups.  At HP, Bhushan was a General Manager (GM) and built $100m software solutions business from scratch. At Oracle, Bhushan wrote code for Oracle Server, Led Server Product Management and later on led Unix Business Development.  Bhushan brings in an excellent mix of Technical, People and Business skills. 

Bhushan did his BTech from IIT in India and MS in Computer Engineering with thesis in AI (Artificial Intelligence) from Michigan Technological University. 

Vineet Rao

Vineet Rao is a distinguished technology transformation and change leader, adept at steering organizations through significant change by leveraging pragmatic technology solutions and process improvements. His expertise lies in not only accelerating business outcomes but also in transforming how businesses operate. Vineet’s strategic approach involves developing an understanding of the business first through cross-functional collaboration and then utilizing technology to be a catalyst for growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage.

Vineet has extensive experience in Strategic Planning including Enterprise Technology Transformation, Data Strategy, Developing High-Performance teams, Software Development, Process Improvement, M&A Due Diligence, and Contract Negotiations. He has applied these skills in a variety of industry settings, including Retail at Abercrombie & Fitch, SRP, JDA Software, Transportation at American Airlines, HR Technologies at American and at Sodexo, and Banking and Payments (Acquiring business).

Shuchi

Director of HR

Shuchi is an IT leader with a pragmatic vision and an eye for detail. She brings about operational efficiencies by constantly questioning the status quo, identifying gaps, and providing strategic as well as tactical solutions. Her expertise spans across, Strategic Planning, Business Analytics, SaaS Development, User Experience Design (UED), Application Development, Program Management

Shuchi holds a degree in Electronics & Communication & a MBA from Jack Welch. As the HR Director of NuaaV, she drives the overall operations, ensuring excellence and growth.

Saurabh Singh

Saurabh Singh accomplished DevOps professional with a solid track record of transforming infrastructure and driving operational excellence. Adept at aligning technology strategies with business objectives, with a passion for building high-performing teams and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.
